Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories using statistical models and market intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to gather market insights and refine forecasts.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional plans, and customer forecasts to identify demand drivers and risks.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, presenting demand plans and highlighting assumptions and variances.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes for significant deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage the forecasting process for new product introductions, working closely with R&D and Marketing teams.
• Optimize inventory levels by ensuring demand plans align with production capabilities and inventory targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software.
• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies, statistical models, and S&OP processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Anaplan).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience operating in a global or multi-site manufacturing environment.
