Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel on the corrugator machine.

* Ensure all safety protocols are meticulously followed to create a safe working environment.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.

* Schedule and assign tasks to operators, ensuring optimal staffing and resource utilization.

* Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product standards.

* Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to operators, especially on critical machine positions.

* Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations.

* Monitor production data, analyze trends, and report on key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally in corrugation.

* Demonstrable expertise in operating or overseeing complex machinery, specifically corrugators.

* Proven ability to foster a positive team environment and effectively resolve workplace issues.

* Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to read and understand production schedules and quality specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:
