Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and coordinate the safe and efficient operation of a high-speed corrugator machine.

* Provide strong leadership, coaching, and performance management to production personnel.

* Ensure all products meet stringent quality specifications and customer requirements.

* Manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations for your team.

* Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and machine performance issues promptly.

* Promote a proactive safety culture, conducting safety audits and training as required.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize material flow, waste reduction, and uptime.

* Support the integration of new processes and technologies to enhance overall efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications:

* A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Corrugator Supervisor or a highly experienced Lead Operator ready for promotion.

* Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced production setting.

* In-depth knowledge of corrugation processes, equipment, and quality standards.

* Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.

* Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.

* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Flexibility to work various shifts to ensure continuous production oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a new plant startup or significant equipment upgrade environment.

* A track record of successful employee training and development initiatives.

* Formal leadership training or certification.
