Salary Range: $43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.

  • Provide customers with updates on order status, production delays, and shipping information.
  • Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex technical or product-related issues to engineering or quality assurance.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and service delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

  • Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents or product specifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms
  • Certification in customer service (e.g., CSAP) or related field
