Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Ludington seeking Test Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test systems.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure testability and quality.
• Document test procedures, results, and defects accurately.
• Perform failure analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment regularly.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for test automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Certifications in relevant testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB, ASQ-CQT).
• Experience with vision systems or robotics in a manufacturing context.
