Salary Range: $57,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mattawan seeking Tool and Die Makers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and builds dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Operates a variety of machine tools including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM machines.
• Interprets blueprints, sketches, and 3D models to determine machining operations.
• Performs precision measuring using instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoots and repairs existing dies and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
• Conducts test runs of new or repaired dies to verify functionality and quality.
• Collaborates with engineers and production teams to optimize tool design and manufacturing processes.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam)
• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery
• Certification or advanced training in metallurgy or materials science
