Salary Range: $72,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Walker that are seeking skilled Test Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and automated test systems.
• Perform root cause analysis on product failures and manufacturing defects.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product quality and testability.
• Document test procedures, results, and provide clear reports.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production lifecycle.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in test automation development and deployment within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or LabVIEW for test script creation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing test methodologies, including functional, in-circuit, and boundary scan testing.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
