Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability to meet production demands.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting activities, collaborating with sales and production teams.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize supply chain analytics to monitor key performance indicators and inform decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics optimization
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts effectively

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those relevant to global suppliers or markets
