Salary Range: $65,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise tool room staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all tooling and equipment.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards within the tool room.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to optimize tooling performance and availability.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation for tooling specifications, maintenance records, and inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a tool room environment.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs for tooling and equipment.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
