Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 10-15 production line employees.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time completion of orders.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
• Train new employees on manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of manufacturing associates.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of staff.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor new team members.
• Bilingual (especially Spanish) skills.
