Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and preventative measures.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with relevant departments to prevent shortages or overstock.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab)
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor new team members
• Forklift certification or other heavy equipment operation experience
