Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine project requirements.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications using appropriate tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Welding Technology preferred
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing welding, including MIG, TIG, and Stick processes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot welding equipment
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment
