Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy, minimize waste, and optimize stock levels.
- Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse.
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
- Analyze warehouse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage warehouse budget, including equipment maintenance, supplies, and labor costs.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and best practices for material handling and storage.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to warehouse processes for efficiency and waste reduction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS.
- Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs) in a warehouse setting.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).
