Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Weld Technicians. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on a range of materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine appropriate welding techniques.
• Inspect welds for quality, defects, and adherence to specifications using visual and non-destructive testing methods.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment, including welders, torches, and related tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize welding procedures and improve product design.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of a certified welding program or apprenticeship
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 2+ years of experience in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical specifications
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
