Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Spring Lake that are seeking Value Stream Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement value stream strategies to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste throughout the value stream using Lean principles.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track value stream performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement within the value stream.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritize improvement initiatives to optimize value stream flow.
• Ensure alignment of value stream activities with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
• Drive the implementation of standardized work and best practices across the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
