Salary Range: $109,000 - $158,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and accountability within cross-functional teams.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to meet production demands.
• Implement visual management systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill development and career growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and sales to align value stream activities with overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience implementing and sustaining Lean principles and tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with simulation software for process optimization.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop cross-functional teams.
