Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned value stream, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and execute the value stream's strategic plan and annual operating budget.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of problem-solving.
• Optimize material flow and production processes to reduce lead times and work-in-process inventory.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and tools across the value stream to eliminate waste.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure target attainment.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in manufacturing operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing
• Proven ability to mentor and coach teams in continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in value stream management
