Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end value stream performance from raw material to customer delivery.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve continuous improvement goals.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and tools across the value stream.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize resource allocation and production scheduling to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
• Champion problem-solving initiatives and root cause analysis within the value stream.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align value stream activities with overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping, with a track record of driving continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
