Training Manager / Coordinator | East Lansing, MI

Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in East Lansing seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for all levels of manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers and employees.
• Maintain accurate training records and certifications to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage the training budget, including procurement of materials and external vendor services.
• Onboard new employees with essential safety, quality, and operational training.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
