Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end value stream performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement Lean principles and tools to eliminate waste and optimize process flow.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for the value stream to achieve operational targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless value delivery.
• Champion problem-solving methodologies to address root causes of inefficiencies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and their application (e.g., value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S).
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve measurable results in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software or advanced analytics for process optimization
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
