Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute advanced X-Ray and Computed Tomography (CT) inspections for a diverse client base.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex inspection projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop, validate, and implement new NDT procedures and techniques.
• Interpret inspection results, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to clients.
• Train and mentor junior NDT technicians, sharing best practices and promoting skill development.
• Oversee the preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of high-end NDT equipment.

Recommended Qualifications:

• ASNT NDT Level II certification in Radiographic Testing (RT) and/or Computed Tomography (CT) with extensive hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to guide technical projects.
• Expert-level proficiency with industrial X-Ray and CT systems and associated software.
• Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and failure modes.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Michigan for this exciting opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASNT NDT Level III certification in RT and/or CT.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory NDT role within a 3rd party lab.
• Background in aerospace, medical device, or automotive inspection.
• Project management experience for inspection initiatives.
