Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Implement and optimize production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality management systems, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales to optimize material flow and product delivery.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management within a manufacturing context.
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to optimize output and efficiency.
• Thorough understanding of quality management systems and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience implementing or optimizing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
