Salary Range: $134,000 - $185,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and optimize all plant operations including production, quality, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet output and efficiency targets.
  • Manage the plant budget, control costs, and oversee capital expenditures.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all plant departments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality control standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and safety regulations.
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • MBA or other advanced business/operations degree
  • Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or international operations
  • Proven experience leading successful digital transformation or significant automation initiatives
