Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure all manufactured products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
  • Manage internal and external audit programs, including supplier quality audits.
  • Monitor key quality performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership, training, and development for the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance/management roles within a manufacturing environment, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
  • Strong command of quality methodologies and tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced statistical process control expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital quality management systems (DQMS) or Industry 4.0 quality initiatives.
  • Proven track record in global supplier quality development and auditing.
  • Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, medical devices, automotive).
  • Certification in Lean manufacturing principles or extensive experience leading Lean transformations.
