Salary Range: $110,000 - $159,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects from concept to production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, efficiency, and product quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance product manufacturability.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and procurement of new equipment or technologies.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with overall business objectives and production capacity goals.
• Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, automation technologies, and quality systems
• Experience with project management methodologies and successful delivery of complex engineering projects

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with advanced manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, PLM, MES, simulation tools).
• Master's degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA.
