Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of shop floor employees.
- Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of manufactured goods.
- Train and mentor new and existing employees on processes and safety.
- Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies for the shop floor.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and management on production improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a workforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address production issues efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Experience with quality control procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- - Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex machinery and production processes
- - Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and statistical process control (SPC)
- - Proficiency in using production scheduling and inventory management software
