Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor employees.

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
- Maintain production records and report on key performance indicators.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of skilled tradespeople.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving production bottlenecks.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
