Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

• Manage inventory of materials and tools, and place orders as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain production records and report on key performance indicators.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of skilled tradespeople.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
