Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing shop floor, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and motivate a team of production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to ensure timely completion of orders and material availability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process.
• Control and manage operational costs within budget.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
