Salary Range: $52,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Train and mentor shipping and receiving team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent receiving and put-away processes.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures in the shipping and receiving area.
• Manage and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and movement of goods.
• Reconcile shipping documents with actual shipments and resolve discrepancies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a shipping and receiving environment within manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and shipping software.
• Strong understanding of shipping regulations, carrier management, and logistics best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor team members and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with international shipping regulations and documentation
• - Forklift certification and experience operating various warehouse equipment
• - Proficiency in a WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• - Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
