Salary Range: $76,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.
• Perform root cause analysis of product failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks.
• Conduct statistical analysis of test data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support new product introductions by validating production processes and test methods.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Experience with testing methodologies and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation for test results.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) or test automation software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus).
• Experience with root cause analysis techniques and defect tracking systems.
