Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Identify and analyze root causes of quality and process issues using statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Develop and implement solutions to address identified problems, ensuring sustainable improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and drive consensus on project objectives and actions.
• Track project progress, measure key performance indicators, and report on results to stakeholders.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the manufacturing environment.
• Train and educate employees on Six Sigma principles and their application in their daily work.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, and various Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV).
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements that result in significant cost savings, quality enhancements, and efficiency gains.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills to guide cross-functional teams and mentor Green Belts.
• Proficiency in using statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• - Proficiency in statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python).
• - Prior experience in a specific manufacturing sub-sector (e.g., automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals).
• - Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• - Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement.
