Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belt projects, providing guidance and expertise.
• Drive the identification and execution of complex Six Sigma projects to improve manufacturing processes.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase throughput.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion Six Sigma methodologies and best practices throughout the manufacturing organization.
• Report on project status, savings, and key performance indicators to senior management.
• Train and develop personnel in Six Sigma tools and techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and successfully completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their application in process improvement.
• Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced statistical tools.
• Strong facilitation and change management skills to drive project adoption and sustainment.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching Green Belts and other project team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
