Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Monitor production equipment and processes, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as planning, engineering, and maintenance, to optimize workflow.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas and completed products to ensure quality control.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Experience with production scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) software and techniques.
• - Certification in a relevant manufacturing or leadership discipline (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS).
• - Familiarity with industrial automation and robotics.
• - Bilingual in English and Spanish.
