Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of a production team to meet output and quality targets.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Monitor production processes, identify and resolve immediate issues, and escalate complex problems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and materials management, to optimize workflow.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve production targets.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment.
