Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Define, map, and optimize end-to-end value streams to reduce lead times and waste.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of problem-solving throughout the value stream.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless flow and alignment.
- Implement and manage visual management tools to track progress and identify bottlenecks.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction by improving product delivery and quality.
- Manage resources and budget allocated to value stream improvement projects.
Recommended Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and improve value streams to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT, AI).
- - Proven track record in implementing and optimizing supply chain strategies.
