Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define, map, and optimize end-to-end value streams to reduce lead times and waste.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of problem-solving throughout the value stream.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless flow and alignment.
• Implement and manage visual management tools to track progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction by improving product delivery and quality.
• Manage resources and budget allocated to value stream improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and improve value streams to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT, AI).
• - Proven track record in implementing and optimizing supply chain strategies.
• - Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on value streams.
• - Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
