Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end flow of a specific value stream, from raw materials to customer delivery.
- Identify and eliminate waste (muda) and non-value-added activities within the value stream.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize throughput, lead time, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to achieve value stream goals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream and report on performance.
- Champion a culture of problem-solving and empower teams to address operational challenges.
- Manage resources and budgets allocated to the value stream to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive change and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to track value stream progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- - Experience with ERP/MES system implementation and optimization
- - Proven track record in change management and fostering continuous improvement culture
- - Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and logistics optimization
