Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff covering safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
  • Source and manage external training providers and resources as needed.
  • Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Track and report on training completion rates, effectiveness, and impact on key performance indicators.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Onboard new employees by delivering essential job-specific and company-wide training.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.

Bonus Qualifications

  • - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • - Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting.
  • - Certification in Instructional Design or Adult Learning Principles.
  • - Experience in developing and implementing e-learning modules.
  • - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance training in a manufacturing environment.
