Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation master plans (VMPs) and individual validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment, processes, and utilities.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify critical parameters and potential failure modes for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Document all validation activities, including protocol execution, deviations, change controls, and final validation reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to ensure validation activities align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and investigate deviations encountered during validation testing and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).
• Maintain validation documentation and databases in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and audits by providing validation documentation and explanations.
• Support the lifecycle management of validated systems, including revalidation and change control processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in the validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and/or software.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Experience with developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods for validation reporting.
• Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise validation documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• - Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• - Experience with automated test script development.
• - Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
