Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and schedules.
- Facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.
- Monitor and analyze key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime and performance.
- Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis for reliability data and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI) for reliability insights.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with advanced predictive maintenance technologies beyond vibration analysis (e.g., ultrasound, thermography, motor current analysis).
- Demonstrated project management experience for reliability improvement initiatives.
