Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators.
• Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions to maintain standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Quality, Planning) to resolve production issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address production issues and optimize workflow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and reporting.
