Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and test PLC logic for automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Design and configure HMI/SCADA systems for operational control and data visualization.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems to resolve operational issues.
• Perform system integration with various industrial devices, including robots, vision systems, and databases.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including electrical schematics and program flowcharts.
• Support the commissioning and startup of new machinery and production lines.
• Ensure all programming adheres to industry safety standards and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience programming PLCs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with major PLC platforms (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Mitsubishi) and their associated development software.
• Demonstrated experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and motor control principles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and commission automated equipment and processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA/HMI development and integration.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics programming (e.g., FANUC, KUKA) or vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP) beyond basic setup.
• Proficiency in database integration (e.g., SQL) for manufacturing data collection and analysis.
• Experience with simulation software for virtual commissioning and testing.
