Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and debug PLC logic for automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Design, configure, and implement HMI/SCADA interfaces for process control and data visualization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system malfunctions, electrical issues, and process deviations.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and validation of new and modified automation systems.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, program comments, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to optimize manufacturing operations and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operational personnel on control systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming industrial PLCs (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) using Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying HMI/SCADA applications (e.g., FactoryTalk View, WinCC).
• Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues in automated manufacturing systems.
• Strong foundational knowledge of electrical control systems, including reading schematics and understanding sensor/actuator integration.
• Experience with manufacturing process automation and optimization principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in SQL or other database management systems for data logging and reporting.
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for quality control and inspection.
• Experience with high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for custom applications or data analysis.
