Salary Range: $53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all general office administrative functions, including supplies, mail, and visitor reception for the manufacturing facility.
- Oversee coordination of facility maintenance, repairs, and cleaning for the office and common areas within the plant.
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including new hire onboarding, employee record maintenance, and benefits liaison.
- Coordinate purchasing of office supplies, production consumables, and services, ensuring vendor relationships are maintained.
- Maintain critical documentation and records for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance audits specific to manufacturing operations.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable tasks, process invoices, and manage expense reports for the site.
- Serve as the primary communication hub for internal staff and external stakeholders, directing inquiries related to operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with all levels of staff and external partners.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, expense reporting, vendor management, and supporting HR administrative tasks.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or manufacturing-specific software.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, or inventory management principles.
- Experience coordinating with facilities maintenance or plant operations teams.
- Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
