Salary Range: $46,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs.
- Interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and quality specifications to ensure product compliance.
- Document inspection results accurately, including identification and reporting of non-conformances.
- Identify, segregate, and tag defective or non-conforming materials.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment according to established schedules and procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Solid understanding of quality control principles and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, AS9100, GMP).
- Demonstrated aptitude for accurate documentation, record-keeping, and generating inspection reports.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or inspection role.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience operating or programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
- Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) software for data entry and reporting.
- Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
