Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize carrying costs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Oversee cycle counting and periodic physical inventories to ensure accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Utilize and maintain the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) for accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Analyze inventory data, generate reports, and identify trends to improve forecasting and inventory turns.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing departments to streamline material flow.
- Identify and address root causes of inventory discrepancies, obsolescence, and shrinkage.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems for inventory tracking, analysis, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimization techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management methodologies (e.g., JIT, Lean Manufacturing, ABC analysis, cycle counting).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and develop a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Experience with advanced WMS (Warehouse Management System) or APS (Advanced Planning System) implementation projects
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for inventory analytics
