Salary Range: $48,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate technical product information and solutions to customers.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing products, processes, or industrial sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales management tools.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications and solutions.
Bonus Qualifications
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex manufactured products.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and inventory management.
- Experience interpreting basic technical drawings or product specifications.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment or related operations role.
