Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints, ensuring high availability for manufacturing operations.
• Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across both office and production environments.
• Administer and support Operational Technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, HMI, and PLC connectivity, on the production floor.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect critical manufacturing systems and data from threats.
• Develop, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery plans for essential manufacturing data and systems to ensure business continuity.
• Manage software deployment, patching, and updates for enterprise applications and specialized manufacturing software (e.g., MES, ERP integrations).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, network configurations, and operational procedures specific to the manufacturing plant.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) such as SCADA, PLCs, or DCS.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) in a production setting.
• Experience with IoT devices or sensor networks common in smart manufacturing.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
