Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize carrying costs.
- Oversee accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and periodic physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust inventory control procedures and systems.
- Analyze inventory data, generate reports, and identify trends to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and storage.
- Identify and manage obsolete, slow-moving, and surplus inventory to minimize waste and maximize recovery.
- Lead and train inventory control staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory management.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control principles, including cycle counting, demand forecasting, and stock optimization.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop an inventory team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Experience with warehouse automation or WMS implementation projects
