Salary Range: $77,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on production lines and prototypes.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and document findings in bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware and software issues encountered during testing.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for testing and product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C++).
• Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and product specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and statistical process control (SPC).

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis.
• - Familiarity with automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
• - Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and certifications.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for test automation.
• - Experience with root cause analysis techniques for manufacturing defects.
