Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Balance production capacity with demand to ensure optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, procurement, and logistics to align scheduling activities.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocks.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, and material availability issues.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and adjust production plans and schedules as needed to meet business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and tools to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize production schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of MRP, capacity planning, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with production, sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP systems.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or demonstrated experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and analysis.
- APICS CSCP certification.
